Neues Sync4 Update für Focus

Hab 4.2.4 schon vor Wochen bekommen - dieses Update löst die Probleme NICHT!

Bei mir gibt es immer noch kein Update

Die Updates richten sich sicher auch nach Fahrzeug, Ausstattung. Motor u.A. mehr . Ich habe weder ein Karten- noch ein Sync- Update . Nur zwei Kleinere, die für weitere Updates benötigt werden .

Hallo Zusammen,

hab gerade schon ein bisschen mitgelesen und kann die o.g. Fehler bei mir leider auch bestätigen.

- Navi "friert" ein (Zwischenzeitlich sogar nur Kompass in der Anzeige des Sync 4 oder auch mal ein komplett schwarzer Navi-Bereich neben Radio und Handy)

- intelligente Geschwindigkeitsregelanlage funktioniert nicht mehr

Sobald die Navigation geladen wird (durch antippen) dauert es gefühlt ewig, funktioniert dann aber für eine gewisse Zeit wieder. Es erweckt fast den Anschein, als könne das Sync 4 die Kartendaten nicht laden und bleibt hängen.

Zudem noch ein sonderbarer Fehler:

In AppleCarPlay wird die Google Karte nicht mehr über die komplette Breite gezeigt. Am rechten Rand ist es grau, der Rest läuft allerdings. Bei Apple Karten kommt dieser Fehler nicht vor.

Alle Fehler erscheinen sporadisch, wie bei Euch eben auch.

Der Ford Händler weiß leider auch keinen Rat, da der Fehlerspeicher leer ist und alles auf aktuellem Stand...

as mentioned numerous time, you or your dealer can't do something about this issue, it's the sync4 software which it's really bad. Search on google for this sync4 version and you'll see plenty of Americans who are really unhappy of how Ford it's handling this sync4 updates.

Well, I didn't have any problems before the two updates and it worked great! I don't think it's a general statement that the Sync4 software is bad. But what is unacceptable and completely incomprehensible to me is why two new versions are being thrown onto the market that have apparently not been tested sufficiently and, above all, apparently not tested with all configurations?

Anyway, we have to be bit patient to see the next versions

Wo sehe ich eigentlich welches Sync4 ich habe ? Also ob ich dieses 22.5 habe oder 23.25 ?

Wenn dein Focus Anfang 2024 geliefert wurde, dann hast du Modelljahr 23.25
